Team Coaching is about empowering a team to manage its own dialogue, in order to enhance its capability and performance. High performing teams are those in which all the relationships within the team work well, and where all members of the team have a clear focus, understand their goals, and the needs of the business. It facilitates powerful choices and affirmative action.
It is normally a journey of support aimed at enhancing self-awareness, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, relational and leadership skills, ability to hold constructive conversations and action learning. The outcomes being to build self-sufficiency and genuine resilience in individuals, teams and organisations.
