“Tim and I worked together to focus on how I could bring my own team from a ‘technical expert’ position to a much more strategic level. Tim observed a strategy meeting with my team and from that point on we went from strength to strength. Our work has supported me in knowing when I might be tempted into the detail and how to draw others in rather than get too involved. Shortly after the conclusion of our coaching work I accepted a position on our Board.” Board member, Technology Company.
