I believe that all organisations have significant untapped opportunity within their senior teams. I help senior leaders in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations to build stronger connections and capabilities.
My career in organisational consulting and coaching has spanned 22 years. Over the last 12 years I have focused exclusively on senior and executive leaders and their teams.
In a time of uncertainty, the ability of leaders to work at the right pace and level of engagement is a key differentiator. The way that leaders create value is changing; senior leaders are focusing more than ever on creating sustainable business models that take a broader and more inclusive societal approach and I feel privileged to be instrumental in this shift.
