Career history

Sarah has been involved in all stages of organisation and departmental development, growth, re-structuring and transformation, including but not limited to centralisation, bi-furcation, outsourcing, M&A due diligence and TUPE transfers.

She has significant insight into the challenges and potential impact of ongoing organisational change to Boards, Exec Committees and individual function heads. Her responsibilities have included developing and implementing strategies to progress or protect organisational culture and performance, employee engagement and morale.

Since stepping back from full-time corporate life Sarah coaches and mentors senior leaders, gets involved in pro-bono mentoring and is a charity trustee.
