Rachel specialises in communication skills, presentation skills and personal impact. She has extensive experience of coaching leaders and professionals to maximise their personal impact, presentation skills and clarity of message. She is passionate about empowering clients to unlock the true potential of their communication skills so they can present confidently, impress an audience and build influence with their clients, colleagues, stakeholders and shareholders.

Rachel has worked across all industry sectors and regularly works with senior executives who are looking to polish their presentation and public speaking skills.


Rachel tailors her approach to the needs and requirements of specific clients to maximise individual and collective outcomes. She puts people at ease with her friendly, supportive manner and takes time to make sure that her insightful feedback is enabling and has a demonstrably positive influence on the way her coachees communicate, influence and inspire.

Rachel’s knowledge and expertise in leadership behaviour coupled with her pragmatic communication tool kit means she is well equipped to coach clients with a variety of communication skills gaps.

Coaching Experience

With over 25 years’ experience of working with international, multi-cultural public and private sector organisations across a range of sectors, Rachel works with senior leaders on a one-to-one basis and with their teams in group workshops. She also coaches executives who are non-native English speakers, providing them with the tools to communicate their thoughts so effectively in English immediately and in any situation. Her clients consistently say ‘I didn’t think I could do that, now I know I can.’

Qualifications & Background

Rachel’s background is as a strategic HR and L&D partner for Kodak, formulating, advising and supporting the business on HR at a senior level. She then moved to the company’s management consultancy group, designing and delivering management and personal development behavioural programmes. She has a degree in sociology with psychology and subsequently completed a post graduate diploma from the Institute of Personnel and Development; she is now a chartered member of the institute. She is a trained assessor for occupational personality questionnaires and team dynamics and a qualified facilitator.
