Mike has been coaching senior executives and top teams for over 20 years. Coming from a strong leadership background, he has the tools to deliver real change, as well as the credibility of having ‘sat in the seat’.
Mike was a successful MD, HRD, SD and GM for a FTSE 100 tech company, as well as a range of other services and technology businesses. His CEO, MD, GM, sales, coaching, board advisory and facilitation experience broadened to include sectors such as mobile, transport, data, media, utilities, manufacturing, digital, insurance, professional services, banking and pharmaceuticals.

Mike coaches business leaders, director and senior managers who are new to role, who want to develop authentic leadership and a credible reputation, or are driving strategic change and growth initiatives. He helps his clients unlock behavioural change and eliminate negative beliefs (imposter syndrome etc.) He uses various models including Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions. His clients appreciate his open, honest, appropriately robust, outcome-focussed approach.
With over 7000 hours of coaching experience, Mike works with directors and senior leaders of large organisations across Europe (particularly Germany and the Nordics), as well as the US. His engagements include working to create and enhance a coachee’s reputation and leadership signature, improving leadership behaviour, impact and the value they bring to the business, as well as finding good work/life balance. Much of Mike’s work includes being part of a succession plan for identified director and CEO talent.
