Martin has a wealth of personal board director-level experience, gained both in the UK and the USA, of leading, developing and coaching high performing teams and individuals to exceed their goals. He has worked extensively in the retail, leisure and travel sectors with multi-national teams in global businesses.

Whilst Martin’s coaching is tailored to the individual needs of the clients and their organisations, it can be characterised as supportive, challenging and solutions driven. He believes all leaders benefit greatly from understanding and creating their own authentic leadership brand; a resilient blend of authority, presence and impact, which builds confidence, trust, credibility and respect. His coaching approach is results focused and outcome orientated and he is adept at holding the ‘balance’ between what the sponsoring organisation needs and what the individual clients wants to achieve. Martin in experienced and flexible enough to adapt his coaching style to the situation, the issues at hand and the results to be achieved.

Coaching Experience

Martin has been a full-time leadership coach for 15 years and has coached in excess of 4000 hours, including 2500 hours at a senior leadership level. He has coached many senior leaders who lead multi-national teams across global businesses.
