Martin has director-level leadership expertise in Sales, Operations and Business Development. He has led Transformational Change Programmes and Strategy Formulation in a range of businesses within diverse cultures, and whilst Stores Director for a major retailer, he led teams that won two national “Retailer of the Year” industry awards.
In both the UK and the USA, Martin was a key leader in teams which negotiated and won large business contracts within the aviation, transport and leisure industries, demonstrating innovative business strategies, and profitable partnership solutions.

Martin has experience of coaching at Board and Director level across a wide range of sectors, including the Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, High Technology, Pharmaceutical and Legal sectors.
