Malcolm has over 13 years’ experience leading international businesses through transformation. He combines this with his extensive coaching and mentoring skills to work alongside CEOs and senior managers running high performance team and culture programmes with global, regional, country and functional executive teams.
Malcolm has an impressive board-level corporate career with over ten years’ of board and international level experience. He has been an international and group sales director and managing director (MD) for two Fortune 500 companies, then European MD and global chief operating officer of a PLC consulting company specialising in the people and process side of major technological change projects. He was also a non-executive director for a FTSE 100 company (BT).
Malcolm’s focus is to develop positive behavioural and attitudinal change through an empathetic, challenging, innovative, balanced in-directive and directive approach. He truly cares about what he does and who he works with and he is passionate about helping companies build business culture, leadership capability, performance and results.
Malcolm has been coaching for over 14 years. As well as high performance leadership and transformational change, Malcolm’s coaching challenges the status quo, works through strategy and vision, business development and innovation and individual and team emotional intelligence and effectiveness.
