Lucy has undertaken specific training to work with two leaders together. She coaches pairs of leaders in critical working relationships. Her clients seek pairs coaching when their relationship is the cornerstone of organisational success. Typically the pairs she coaches include the CEO and Chair, CEO and COO or two peers working together on organisational transformation. They are often looking to develop a shared vision, navigate uncertainty or overcome difficulties in collaborating with each other. Pairs coaching is also excellent when making difficult or managing complex stakeholders.

Lucy was a manager at Deloitte Consulting’s Change Leadership Practice and has had twenty years experience in change management and leadership/organisation development.

Style/Approach

Lucy knows that coaching two executives who work closely together has a quicker business impact than one-to-one or team coaching. Her approach is outcome-focused and strongly informed by psychology and research into how people and organisations change. She coaches pairs either in a standalone session, as an add-on to individual coaching or as part of a wider team development programme. She partners with a colleague to deliver pairs coaching using the Gestalt Cape Cod Module as a framework.

With over 800 coaching hours, Lucy has been coaching for more than 18 years. She thrives on cases that require advanced skills and she has experience of leading change across private and public sector clients.
