“I reached out to Kathleen after I experienced multiple changes in my professional life (including relocation to a new country) and found myself in a position where old behavioural patterns/models didn’t seem to work as they used to work before. I was struggling to understand what exactly was going wrong. I was looking for an external professional who could help me identify and structure key challenges I was facing and help me understand improvement steps, Kathleen helped me with both. Very quickly she identified and helped me to understand key drivers behind the challenges I was experiencing. She also gave practical recommendations/tools to help me stay aware of certain impractical behavioural models in future. I would highly recommend sessions with Kathleen. For me they definitely were life changing.” – consultant, international management consulting firm.
