Style / Approach
Julie relies on her in-depth understanding of organisations gained through 25 years in strategic human resources positions to help her grasp essential issues, spot patterns and inconsistencies and ask targeted questions. She has a keen ability to balance informality with structure. Informality offers her clients the openness they need to find the issues getting in their way and to define options they ‘truly own’. Structure helps them to relate this back to the coaching objectives and to ensure benefit to the business. Julie uses a wide base of theory to enable her to select and tailor the best model or approach for each client.
Over the last 25 years, Julie has accumulated and more than 1,000 coaching hours developing people and organisations in an international context. She works with leaders individually and in teams, through pragmatically designed leadership development programmes. She also works with individuals on career direction and development. Her clients include Deloitte, Imerys, LafargeHolcim, Johnson & Johnson, Naspers, Vlerick Business School as well as a key player in the banking sector, a large Dutch consumer products company, a healthcare start-up and several clients in the social impact space.
