I have over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in consulting with profit and loss responsibility and have led business growth from a green field position to one of strong commercial value. I now help senior leaders to leverage their skills, capacity, relationships and expertise to achieve outstanding, visible and value-added results.
About Me
I spent 12 years in the City working in financial services including banking and insurance, and five years in Belgium where I worked in venture capital. After that I founded the iOpener Institute for People and Performance which I managed then chaired for a total of 14 years.
Having acted as adjunct faculty for 10 of the top 20 global business schools, I’m really used to working with people from all sectors and walks of like.
I currently enjoy a plural career that includes coaching, developing then delivering leadership programmes, running consulting projects, as well as writing articles and books.
