Jeremy supports board members to resolve conflict, make crucial decisions collaboratively, be innovative, creative and future prepared, engage stakeholders in transformational changes and ultimately develop their collective leadership and change capability.
Jeremy has a particular expertise in boardroom leadership development, leading collaborative and viral change and team-building. He often works with cross-cultural and global groups where English is the common business language. He has worked extensively in both Europe and Africa.
Jeremy has had a variety of senior leadership roles as a management accountant, internal auditor, analyst and consultant for Rank Xerox, Albright and Wilson and KPMG. As such he has considerable experience of large scale business and cultural change programmes, including major system implementations, cost reduction and business transformation.
Jeremy typically works at senior board level. His key skills are in asking powerful questions, making complex concepts accessible, distinguishing between confused issues, and helping people bring their best to situations. He builds self-sufficiency and genuine resilience in individuals, teams, organisations and communities and helps his clients deliver real benefit to their organisations and for themselves.
With over 20 years’ experience, Jeremy has clients across a wide spectrum of organisational life and sectors, including blue chip, SME, charity and public service. His client list includes Aviva, Balfour Beatty, BBC, Boehringer Ingelheim, Cable and Wireless, Cambridge Water, Logica/CGI, London Press, Marsh, Mercedes, Moss Bross, NSPCC, O2, Oxford Instruments, Pearson, Siemens, Sharp, Smith and Nephew, SONY, Tamar Energy, Tavistock and Portman, NHS Trust, T-Mobile, TUI, WWF, VISA and Zurich. Most of his clients have worked alongside him for many years.
Jeremy trained alongside some highly regarded coaches, including Tim Galwey and Marshal Goldsmith. He is accredited to use Myers Briggs Personality Assessment tool, MBTI and DISC behavioural tool.
