Coach, Supervisor and Coach Trainer - UK

As a Master Coach and Learning and Development professional, Jenny has designed and delivered internal coach training and ‘leader as coach’ training for a range of organisations including FTSE 100 and government departments. For many years she was an ICF standards assessor for coach accreditation and her book ‘The Art of Coaching’ is an invaluable companion for any coach.

Commercial Experience

With over 20 years of coaching experience, Jenny has worked in international banks and insurers, utilities and the oil industry, central government departments, broadcasting companies and scientific research establishments. She has coached extensively in the NHS as well as in several universities including the Open University.

Style/Approach

Jenny works rigorously on coaching competence, ethical practice and systemic awareness. Her original models of coaching and supervision approaches can be seen in ‘The Art of Coaching’, Routledge 2015 and ‘How to Work with People…and Enjoy it!’ will be published in March 2019. Jenny takes a flexible client-centred approach and all the programmes she creates and delivers are aligned with international professional coaching competencies and based on the practical skills required to deliver coaching in the workplace as an effective part of people and business development.

Coaching Experience

Jenny has been a coaching supervisor since 2009 and has supported hundreds of coaches both internally and externally from the newly trained to the hugely experienced. Not only was she an ICF standards assessor for coach accreditation, she has also assessed the work of coaches in training at several coach training schools. Furthermore, she has accumulated more than 5000 hours of coaching working with senior leaders (usually CEOs, FDs, partners and Board Members.) She manages all of the coaching in a FTSE 100 finance company and in international renewable energy company, supporting their development and performance to achieve the highest standards. She is consistently in demand for work with high potentials and as a speaker at professional conferences and training events. Jenny has coached or delivered coach training in Spain, Luxembourg, Latvia, The Netherlands and Egypt and worked virtually with people from Qatar, Japan, Australia, U.S.A., Germany, Portugal, Ghana and France
