Executive Coach and Intercultural Specialist

I have over 25 years’ international marketing and business management experience in the IT industry, living and working overseas for much of that time.

About Me

I began my career with an IT start-up, transferring with them to Silicon Valley where I earned my ‘marketing stripes’. I then worked for market leader Compaq/HP before being head-hunted by ICL/Fujitsu who moved me to Asia. There I ran teams across twelve markets from Australia/New Zealand to China.

On leaving ICL I set up my own regional marketing consultancy in Singapore – again across twelve different markets – which I sold to a former Microsoft executive before leaving Asia.

Following my return to the UK I qualified as a coach and incorporated the impact of culture into executive training. As a marketer, I took an interest in the values and beliefs that drive decisions and how they differ across the world, and I continue to explore the huge body of work in the fields of intercultural and social psychology.

This, combined with my Masters studies of psychology, adult learning and leadership provides the models and frameworks to accompany my pragmatic lived business experience.
