Before becoming an independent coach in 2005 Jeanette’s diverse corporate career spanned 20 years, during which time she held senior positions in a number of Blue Chip organisations in sectors ranging from financial services through to manufacturing. She has also worked across a range of disciplines including sales, marketing, customer service and strategy.
Jeanette brings her significant experience as a business leader and change agent across a range of disciplines and sectors to her coaching and development work. She specialises in inspiring and challenging her clients to step up a gear, perform at a new more dynamic level, become more “conscious” leaders. Her coaching is challenging, even tough at times, but clients always leave sessions fired up and ready to get on and tackle things to achieve progress.
With more than 1200 hours of coaching experience, Jeanette specifically coaches leaders who are preparing for promotion or stepping up a level, those new in role or managing change or those In their comfort zone, managing not but leading.
