Career history

Graham has acted as Transformation Director, Consultant and trusted advisor to numerous blue-chip organisations. He is adept at handling the complexities of working across differing time zones, organisational structures and cultures.

Further, as Executive Vice President at Monitise, he was accountable for the development of award-winning digital systems for Banks in the UK and abroad.

Graham has acted as lead negotiator for outsourcing the professional services division of 550 staff to IBM, has successfully built and launched a financial services business on the internet and floated the enlarged business on AIM.

Current Portfolio

Presently, Graham is a Partner in the consultancy division of IBM and accountable for the P&L of a major UK Bank, which includes business development and services delivery.

He also acts as ‘People Partner’, leading an initiative to improve the working climate for the IBM consultants through mentoring and similar schemes.

Graham is also accountable for the profitability improvement programme for low performing accounts across Europe.
