Francois helps CEOs and their teams to better deal with their challenges through a goal-orientated coaching approach. He draws in his extensive, high profile commercial background to support digital consumer businesses on strategy, operational and organisational issues.

Commercial Experience

Francois has 25 years of experience of delivering top results across industries, functions and geographies, with a focus on digital, e-commerce, marketplaces and consumer businesses. Over 9 years at eBay he held various senior roles including GM for continental Europe. His experience in e-commerce extended to Group MD at Immediate Media Co where he was critical to their successful sales of the business to Burda for £275m. Francois is currently an angel investor and Board member for a digital proposition (media and entertainment) and chairs the Board of Story Terrace, an early-stage business which helps people write their own biography. He also has a NED role for a FTSE- listed market leader in the value online retail industry.

Francois has a goal-orientated approach where every coaching conversation is geared towards a clearly defined outcome at the outset. His warm personality allows him to quickly create a safe space to explore issues whilst at the same time develop a trusting environment. He challenges his clients to commit to change and holds them accountable for it.
