Executive Coach - Parental Specialist
Emma believes that too much brilliant, ambitious talent is lost when senior leaders begin a family. She supports senior leaders in large organisations to thrive in their careers without compromising the quality of their personal lives.
Emma partners with professionals (most of whom happen also to be parents) to realise their ambitions by discovering the range of choices available to them and turning them into reality without compromising the quality of their personal lives. She specialises in women’s leadership, maternity and working parent career coaching, personal effectiveness, authentic leadership, emotional development, career visioning, workshop facilitation and workshop design.
Before coaching Emma spent 14 years providing corporate finance and management consulting services to a range of public sector clients with Deloitte and then worked for a boutique consulting firm where she managed a multi-stakeholder contract across the NHS and private sector.
Emma supports her clients to believe in themselves and their vision and to courageously take action. She provides a safe space to look at what is getting in the way of achieving your objectives, to get you unstuck, and give you confidence to move forward. She has a direct approach and will hold you accountable so you keep taking action. Her clients describe leaving their coaching sessions feeling inspired, energised and determined.
Emma has been coaching for over 6 years. Her client list consists of senior executives and high potential individuals primarily within professional service firms, financial institutions and corporates.
