With a background in GP practice and psychiatry I bring over 18 years’ experience of working in the healthcare sector and over 14 years’ experience as a coach to help leaders accelerate their performance.
About me
After qualifying as a doctor and specialising in psychiatry I left clinical medicine and worked for an insurance company as a medico-legal adviser.
I am fascinated by people and their experiences. In medicine, I was able to help people who were in some form of crisis. Now, as a coach, I am able to work with high achievers to help them reach their full potential.
There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone make the changes they really want. I feel very privileged to do this work and witness what people are able to achieve.
