Debbie has had 30 years’ experience in the fashion industry, in both men and women’s wear. She helps senior leaders and top teams in large organisations to align their non-verbal communication with their behavioural objectives. This allows leaders to be recognised and valued for their authority, presentation, social skills and team leadership. It is not uncommon for her clients to transition into a new, more senior role after spending time with Debbie. They are able to successfully hone their image for their audience on a daily basis and in the multinational cultures in which they work.


Debbie has an enormous passion for personal impact through appearance and this is reflected in her own personal style and up beat positive manner. She knows that first impressions are lasting judgements. Her advice is direct and practical. She aims to raise her client’s confidence and profile by working with them to enhance and sharpen their image. This involves identifying their own preferred image and adaptations for different cultures, the way they meet and greet, the psychology of dressing and style advice, including where to buy.

Coaching Experience

Debbie delivers personal image coaching to senior leaders across a broad range of industries and geographies. From helping a young senior female project manager in an all-male technology company find a fitting dress code to a global finance director who was told that he lacked visual impact and faced the prospect of needing to find a new role.
