“Tim Parker – my CEO at Kwik-Fit. His ability to deconstruct seemingly complex business issues into their simple constituent parts and provide guidance on the best way through the issue(s) has influenced all of my subsequent strategic direction and decisions.”
“I currently mentor a number of colleagues and external contacts. My choice has always been to work with less experienced but high potential candidates.
My experience is most beneficial at the operational end of the scale – how to implement plans, overcome hurdles/blockers and deliver practical results.”
