He has presented his work around the world at many business schools and with The Conference Board in New York.
Colin was responsible for the strategic development of AXA’s international division which grew by 35% CAGR and posted an 83% increase in premium income in his final year rising to over £850m. At Zurich he coached and mentored the leadership talent pool which in its first year drove top-line growth of over £300m and expense savings over £60m. During his time with Zurich he coached and mentored over 500 senior leaders. He combines his personal experience in corporate life with solid research to offer his clients profound insights into how to achieve results with greater influence.
