Executive Coach - UK
With an international corporate career behind her, Claire works with senior leaders, often with technical backgrounds, from large global organisations, who want to polish their leadership skills to move forward in their career.
Claire’s corporate experience includes extensive team leadership project management both nationally and internationally. She worked at American Express where, as leader of a European technologies development organisation, she led and developed individuals, teams and organisations as well as successfully delivered key projects for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Claire takes a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of leadership and career development. She enables stronger leadership skills, especially around impact and influence, a transition from ‘expert’ to ‘leader’ or moving into a new role. She has an adaptive, client-centred approach to coaching, being non-directive yet speaking directly. Where appropriate, she uses tools such as 360 and MBTI to further self-awareness. Her clients say she is pragmatic, intuitive, supportive and positive with a unique blend of ‘creativity and logic’. She has the knack of getting right to the heart of an issue. Where appropriate, Claire incorporates various coaching models including Gestalt, Systemic/Constellation, TA and Lencioni.
Claire has been coaching for over 18 years, including more than 1000 hours of coaching with European and global leaders. Her clients include corporate leaders at Cisco, BBC, BAE Systems, Ford, Philips Lighting, AztraZeneca, Fed Ex, American express and central Government departments.

“You have given me the strength to think more radically, the confidence to believe in myself. Your coaching helped me recognise that my influencing strategies needed to be more attune to corporate life. It helped me find a sense of purpose.” – Head of Operations, UK Building Society.
