“My discipline and tenacity comes from my time as a professional singer.
My willingness to challenge paradigms was derived from my time at Hess, Centrica and Credit Suisse, where each successive boss sought to challenge the status quo and define a new normal:
- Sam Laidlaw – Hess
- Roy Gardner – Centrica
- Oswald Gruebel – Credit Suisse
They each has the vision to lead their sector.”
