Inclusion and Diversity Specialist - UK
For over 14 years Catherine led teams who delivered complex people development strategies. Her last role was head of diversity and inclusion. She is now sought out to support major public and commercial organisations across the globe with their equality, diversity and inclusion objectives.
Catherine specialises in diversity and inclusion projects. Sensitive to, and experienced in, integrating inclusion and diversity into business, she facilitates the development of strategy at a global level.
Catherine’s role at National Grid plc involved leading on large scale behavioural change programmes, creating governance and engagement strategies, and facilitating inclusive leadership. She currently advises a leading inclusion consultancy, as well as PwC, on D&I and appropriate behaviour in-house programmes for their clients worldwide.
Catherine knows that it is people who really determine how successful organisations are. She believes how those people are managed will have a direct impact on how they perform. She uses tailored processes to guide and implement learning strategies to meet business objectives. By developing managers and leaders who create genuine trust and respect with their people, Catherine helps companies build cooperative, high performing teams who delight customers and outperform rivals. She can work in the moment to raise awareness and meet learner’s needs and brings inclusion into the training environment. Over the last few years Catherine has developed appropriate workplace behaviour and respect training and successfully facilitated workshops from Boards to trades by adapting her style.
Catherine’s clients include large multi-functional global businesses that span public, private and non-profit sectors. As well as 1:1 coaching, she also offers group coaching and designs and delivers personal and leadership development programmes.
