I have over 25 years’ experience as a coach and change management consultant, working with senior executives and top teams all over the world.
As a trained banker and busines psychologist I started my career as a senior HR professional first in retail and then moved to PwC before qualifying as an executive coach.
Living and working in different countries for many years and being part of multi-cultural teams has convinced me that embracing diversity is essential for sustainable business success and led me to becoming a co-founder of Diversity-in-Leadership in 2012. My publications in various journals reach out to scholars and practitioners, and focus on leadership, coaching, diversity and mentoring, and I recently published a book ‘The Future of Leadership Development – Disruption and the Impact on Megatrends’ with Palgrave.
I am a supervisor of coaches, sit on the advisory board for Professors without Borders and am an Honorary Professor for Transformational Leadership at UCL.
I work in both English and German.
