“It was an excellent experience – Ann was sensible, encouraging and challenging and it helped enormously that I really liked her. I found her advice and challenges both stimulating and supportive; I think it’s fair to say that of all the support I’ve received in the last year from various quarters, coaching with Ann made probably the most difference…if there is opportunity to have coaching again, I will definitely be asking for Ann.” – Senior psychiatrist, NHS Trust.
