Commercial Experience

Andrew has a wide-ranging business background encompassing 35 years of leadership experience, from leading specialist teams to corporate board roles. He was Managing Director of a green-field start-up, led a change management programme across 700 sites in his role as HR Director and managed site closures and led the rationalisation of a multi-site unionised workforce as Site General Manager.


Andrew has a provocative and inspiring approach to achieving performance. Passionate about values-based leadership and how it can transform individuals and organisations, he drives cultural change that demonstrates measurable benefits to the business.

Coaching Experience

Andrew typically coaches senior leaders up to global board level. He operates effectively across diverse sectors, with deep and wide-ranging sector expertise. He works throughout the public sector, including criminal justice,NHS, local government and government agencies; in a range of private sector industries including outsourcing, banking, IT, airports, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, pharma and distribution; and in the NFP sector for housing associations, trusts, charities and social enterprises. He has worked extensively throughout India, Africa and the Caribbean.
