Andrew is a seasoned marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience in the food and beverage sector. Andrew has been Chief Executive, Board Director and Chair of public, private and private equity owned consumer goods companies in the UK, Europe and Africa. His skills include managing teams, strategy and acquisitions, Board and bosses.

Andrew began his marketing career as a graduate trainee at Cadbury Schweppes before moving to Tate & Lyle Speciality Sweeteners taking on responsibility for the launch of sucralose (Splenda) in North America.
He took on the role of MD for a small tea company in the Netherlands before running his own food business in France for five years. Andrew joined Premier Brands (now Premier Foods), before moving back to Cadbury Schweppes where he became a member of the EMEA board.
As CEO if Duchy Originals, Andrew was responsible for the innovative licensing deal with Waitrose, and chaired HRH The Prince of Wales’s Sustainability Committee.
Following his time at Bettys & Taylors, a family business in Yorkshire, Andrew assumed non-executive roles at John West in the UK and MW Brands in Paris (now Thai Union Europe) where he was responsible for strategy development and sustainability.
Since stepping back from full-time corporate life, Andrew invests in and chairs several start-up and small scale food businesses in the UK.
He is a member of the Advisory Council of Trilantic Capital Partners, a mid-capital Private Equity Fund in London.
