I understand leadership challenges in organisations from a systemic as well as an individual perspective and have seen first hand the positive impact of improving emotional intelligence in leaders. Working with introverts is one my particular areas of expertise.
I started my career in HR and for 15 years prior to becoming a coach worked as a senior HR Business Partner in professional services organisations, partnering with directors and senior leaders to develop and get the most out of their teams.
I add most value working collaboratively with introverted leaders and those wanting to improve their personal impact, address challenges such as imposter syndrome and embrace their strengths as introverted leaders.
One of my career highlights has been introducing a talent management programme that a previously sceptical senior leadership team is now supporting.
