Executive Coaching
All our executive coaches have held senior level commercial roles before becoming a coach, many at senior leadership team level and some have sat on executive committees. This not only gives them credibility when working with senior executives but also allows them to coach with context, probing beyond the behavioural level and considering the context driving those behaviours and needs.
Typically our coaches take a more directive approach and, when appropriate, combine their coaching with the skills and expertise of a mentor and consultant. They offer plain speaking with a genuine desire to support you, working with you in the strictest confidence and in a relationship based on a high level of trust and mutual respect. Our executive coaches support senior leader facing a variety of leadership challenges that come with:

All our coaches are highly qualified:
- the majority of our coaches have over 2000 hours of senior level coaching and over 10 years of coaching expertise – many have significantly more hours under their belt
- all our coaches have a robust coaching qualification, eg ILM Level 7, Diploma or Professional Certificate
- all our coaches engage in regular supervision with a qualified coach supervisor
- all our coaches engage in CPD
