A multinational FTSE 100 Utility company experiencing significant growth in an ever developing renewable landscape, wanted to support an aspiring leader to step up into a CIO role.

In particular, this individual wanted to develop his executive presence and reputation as well as his ability to operate credibly at the top table. He was keen to improve his confidence and behaviour so that he and his function could deliver more value to the business.

CHALLENGE

A multinational FTSE100 utility company experiencing significant growth, wanted to support an aspiring leader to step up into a CIO Role.

With the commercial experience as an MD, SD and GM for a FTSE100 tech company, Mike has worked closely with CIOs and their senior teams. Initially Mike took time to understand the coachee’s mindset, find out what he’d tried and what hadn’t worked, his drivers and motives.
