“Does coaching work? Yes. Good coaches provide a truly important service. They tell you the truth when no one else will.”
Jack Welch, Former CEO of General Electric
What you can expect from our Board Level Executive Coaching:
- A confidential, independent sounding board for board level executives
- Board level coaches who will challenge you and provide honest feedback
- Guidance and support when leading big change in your board, executive teams and organisation
- Development of your board level leadership skills and emotional intelligence
Operating at board level can involve a substantial workload with little opportunity to discuss sensitive issues in depth. Board Level Executive Coaching for Chief Executives and other Board members can provide a much needed confidential sounding board and space for discussion, reflection and development of real issues such as the future direction, the shape of your organisation and the effectiveness of your executive leadership.
Our Board Level Executive Coaching is from professionals who have all held senior commercial roles, some to Board level, before embarking on a coaching career and so appreciate the complexities, challenges and loneliness that a role at the top involves. Their extensive coaching experience with senior leaders allows them to; identify behaviour that will enhance personal and organisational effectiveness, provide guidance on driving a change agenda and support you in your journey to personal and organisational success.
We have been providing Board Level Executive Coaching for over 30 years.
Our Board Level Executive Coaching Process
The Board Level Executive Coaching process provides a confidential relationship in which we will challenge and support you to think and behave differently. It begins with a complementary ‘chemistry’ session so you and your potential coach can meet, understand each other a little better and learn how the Coach would work. You can then assess whether you think this would be the best coaching partnership for you.
Thereafter your coaching programme begins. It’s usually a programme of 12 hours, made up of 6 two hour session, either face to face or over the telephone, although there is a certain degree of flexibility to incorporate any ad hoc support you may need. It usually involves input from your line manager or sponsor at the beginning to add the organisations perspective on your coaching objectives and similarly will involve their input at the end of your programme to discuss progress made and agree next steps.
The sessions themselves are totally confidential between you and the Coach. Give us a call now on 0845 1844194 for a free no obligation diagnostics call with one of our Board Level Executive Coaches or drop us an email and we can call you back when convenient.
