Through the Glass CeilingThis programme has been designed specifically for female executives who are, or will soon be, the rising stars in their organisation and who are looking for a helping hand in moving up to the next career level.
Personal Impact
This tutorial is designed as a series of 4 or 5 half day modules (totalling 2 – 2.5 days that can be taken consecutively or over time) which are all highly interactive. Throughout each module you will create your own “Personal Impact” scorecard that you can use as an ongoing development plan.
Personal Branding & Networking
A programme typically includes:
Module 1: Personal Branding and Executive Presence
We explore gender differences and how these manifest themselves in the workplace. Focus will be given to how to communicate effectively in a male dominated world. The module continues by looking at the importance of having a personal brand and the key attributes of someone with ‘executive presence’.
Module 2: The Importance of Networking
We look at the importance of having both an informal and formal network. We also ask you to define who the key stakeholders and what you need to do to develop effective working relationships with them.
Module 3: Maximising your Personal Effectiveness
This module will focus on your overall personal effectiveness including how to strike that work : life balance and avoid the “superwoman syndrome”.
Module 4 - 5: a choice of one of the following – Influencing, Image or Career Navigation
