Executive Influencing for maximum effect This Strategic Influencing & Personal Impact (SIPI) 2-day programme is aimed at senior and rising managers to provide an intensive yet structured and pragmatic approach to achieving effective executive influencing in a wide range of demanding business situations.
SDI – the Strength Deployment Inventory The design of this course is unique as it balances proven behavioural theory (completion of the Strength Deployment Inventory®) (SDI) along with real experiential learning. Run with two consultants, we recommend a maximum of 8 delegates for this tutorial.
