As this was such a success, the client requested a further session with Helen to work on another upcoming presentation.
‘Presenting with Impact’ Session, Pharmaceutical Plc:
Helen ran a session on ‘Presenting With Impact’ at an international conference for 40 Diabetes Consultants. This event was part of a 2-day conference during which the Consultants learnt about a new Diabetes medicine. As the Consultants would be presenting this new medicine to their colleagues, the organisation were keen that they have some coaching on the best way to engage their audiences.
Helen’s session was both entertaining and informative and the delegates were enthusiastic both during and after the session. The overall feedback was very positive; the delegates had enjoyed the light relief in amongst a rather intense conference, and had seen the value and relevance of their work.
Tutorial with Head of Corporate Practice UK and Head of Financial Services, Hill & Knowlton (Public Relations):
Helen worked with the above two clients on how to increase their confidence and impact in meetings and presentations. These clients spend a lot of time pitching and so the session focused on ways to influence their audiences. Both clients managed to increase their sense of authority and gravitas during the session.
Workshops for The Royal Household, Buckingham Palace:
Helen has run a number of workshops for members of The Royal Household on increasing personal impact, both when interacting with members of the public and during internal meetings and presentations. The workshops were very successful and the delegates were consistently surprised at the results they managed to achieve.
“Katie was able to offer fresh ways to think about all sorts of management challenges and working with her gave me space to find new perspectives.”
“Katie helped us be very single-minded in setting the organisation vision, mission and values. She was excellent at listening and distilling the key factors from the multitude of thoughts swimming around our heads. Katie is very professional but has a beautiful way of dealing with people. We recommend her highly. “
“I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Katie. Her style is very relaxed and I felt comfortable talking things through. After each session, I felt confident and focused on what I could achieve. Katie made me realise my potential and gave me the confidence to go into interviews as the ‘expert’ in my field. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katie as a coach.”
“Katie helped me to re-connect with my deeper motivations and energies and restore my confidence at a time when I was feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. I am now much happier and clearer about how I create value in my role. I have been staggered by the impact this has had on my life and how quickly I could turn the whole thing round. Katie encouraged me to try out new strategies which have had a huge positive influence on me and my relationships and as a result of this I have been offered a much larger role and increased responsibilities in my working life. I know that others have also recognised this transformation because of the positive comments from key people around me.”
