Performance & PresenceThis tutorial is designed to help you maximise the impact you make when you present to an audience.
Practical Performance Skills
Based on practical performance skills used with actors and singers, the programme will help you develop an understanding of the dynamics and subtleties of the performer-audience relationship.
We will show you how you can influence an audience by making subtle changes in your behaviour. The work is practical and quick: you will be shown how to get and then keep the full attention of your audience. Indeed, the tutorial is 90% practical and experiential – you learn it by doing it. So, the theories about the audience-speaker relationship that underpin the tutorial are taught through games and role play, not through lectures.
