The emotions are an organised response to people and events. A person’s Emotional Quotient (EQ) includes his/her self-awareness of emotional control, persistence, passion, motivation, empathy and social dexterity. Each session typically includes:
• Learning about key concepts of EQ • Realistically assessing your EQ skill level • Understanding the need for EQ in your business relationships • Identifying your potential for expanding your EQ • Learning techniques within self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship-management which will raise your EQ • Setting yourself ambitious but realistic goals for your personal development
