General Questions about booking and payment
How do I book a tutorial / programme?
Call us or e-mail us to confirm your booking. We will then send you Joining instructions, including details of preparation work required and what to bring on the day.
What is the cost?
The cost varies depending on modules and group size. Our fees are all inclusive, with the exception of VAT. Please contact us to discuss.
How do I pay?
We will raise an invoice in the first instance. Payment can then be
made by cheque, made payable to “The Aziz Corporation”, or by Barclays
Plc, Winchester Branch, P O Box 87, Winchester, Hants S023 8TN A/c No:
10193224 - Sort Code: 20-97-01.
What are your payment terms?
Full payment is due 7 days before the date of tutorial session. Any amount not paid within the terms of the invoice shall bear interest chargeable from the date of the invoice.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Notice Period (from date of tutorial):
More than 21 Calendar days - No cancellation fee.
14-21 Calendar days - Full fee payable with 50% voucher against subsequent booking (within 12 months).
Less than 14 Calendar days - Full fee payable.
