HR Directors shared advice and tips on how to optimise the effectiveness of their review procedures at a newly launched seminar run by The Aziz Corporation.The seminars also focused on how to identify and nurture leaders, and effectively deal with redundancies.

Discussion or forum-based seminar?

The forum-based seminars are ideal for any senior executive in the HR space. They provide plenty of room for debate and discussion, under Chatham House rules, on the central concerns for HR executives. Discussions also explore the role of talent management within the modern-day organisation, HR’s place on the Board, and the importance of clear, target-driven objective-setting across all personnel.

This first seminar, held in July 2007, featured in-depth discussions of the performance review process, talent management, recruitment and employee retention. The sessions have been heavily over-subscribed and The Aziz Corporation has already scheduled a number of additional dates throughout the coming months.
