Training courses have been at the heart of The Aziz Corporation since it was founded in 1983 by
Khalid Aziz.Leadership training and motivation form the basis of the Aziz Methodology©, a spoken communication methodology developed by Khalid.This training course method has continuously evolved, but is still based on the key principles of combining knowledge, skill and psychology into a comprehensive motivational, leadership training course.

Motivation is a key element of our leadership training, and more than 500 top executives have attended our training courses. ‘Empowering Leaders to Lead’ is not just a motto for us, it is proven across our client base where we provide training courses for a third of the FTSE 100 listed companies.

Leadership training is provided by The Aziz Corporation’s highly qualified consultants. Motivation and effective leadership are part and parcel of their methods, where they draw on considerable experience and breadth of knowledge. They have all been certified in the Aziz Methodology © and are regularly quality checked. .

Leadership training courses are held at our bespoke tutorial suites in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, just an hour by train from London Waterloo. We find clients benefit hugely from their leadership training being outside their bustling office environment. Alternatively, we can deliver our training courses in London or at the client's office.
