Communications DiagnosticFor 1 to 1 coaching we recommend that the starting point should be the Communications Diagnostic as this module allows us to recommend specific tailored programme of coaching and to benchmark your communication skills against that of your peer group. This Diagnostic session is the only commitment we ask of you initially.
Key Outcomes
During this initial assessment session we aim to:
• Understand what you want to achieve from the programme
• Discuss 360° feedback against competency framework
• Coach you in Advanced Presentation Skills using the Aziz MethodologyTM
• Assess your communication skills and confirm gaps through a process of recorded role play and critique
• Benchmark your performance
• Devise a tailored programme of coaching for you – prioritised in order to help with budget management

• How to convey your chosen message to a range of audiences
• Speaking with impact and passion
• Use of positive language
• The relationship between the message, the audience and the medium
• Effective use of props and visual aids including PowerPoint
• The power of timing
• Using body language and gestures to best effect
