Pre-programme
We offer a free pre-programme 360 degree feedback evaluation that increases our understanding of the behaviours required to improve your effectiveness. You will be asked to complete our bespoke ‘The Full Circle^TM’ online assessment.  Plus, you will be asked to nominate 3 peers, 3 direct reports and 3 superiors who will also be asked to complete the online assessment.

We use this 360 degree evaluation as a starting point in the presentation skills and leadership skills Diagnostic.  Your Senior Consultant will be able to define a more focussed training programme given the feedback results - and you will take more ownership of your self development given this external feedback. 

Post-programme
We also offer a post - programme 360° feedback evaluation that allows for an accurate evaluation of improvements made after your communications programme with us.  This is a half day face-to-face feedback session and is chargeable.
