The Cross Cultural Communications Showcase hosted on 15th November by The Aziz Corporation gave senior executives across a number of industries the opportunity to begin identifying the key problems they face when dealing with cultures apart from their own.

People are making more overseas business trips than ever before. At the same time, the British workplace has become increasingly multicultural, whether from the influx of workers from Eastern Europe or the rise of the city as global financial market. For many companies, this success now depends on their ability to perfect the art of cross cultural communications.

The workshops evoked lively debate amongst the participants and provided a healthy mix of theoretical discussion and practical advice on how best to bridge cultural divides at work. The seminar was led by John Mattock, an expert in international business communication.
