Aziz Corporate was founded in 1983 originally to help senior leaders to communicate more effectively with the media.
Early on we established what has become known as the Aziz Methodology to develop communication skills in a way that is tailored to individual needs. We draw on many disciplines and experience sets including those from the media, theatre and psychology.
Today, we offer Executive Coaching for senior leaders in in addition to our communications and media skills coaching. We’ve evolved into a business of well over 50 people, both staff and associates, specialising in tailored Coaching solutions for Senior Executives.

Our 1:1 Leadership Communications programmes offer a unique approach to communication skills development– tried and tested by hundreds of senior leaders.
They are designed to offer direct feedback, to challenge and to change ingrained behaviour. Typically commencing with our own ‘Diagnostic’, a programme may involve input from our team of specialist communication team experts (for example experts in voice coaching, stage performance, storytelling, influencing & impact, stakeholder engagement, handling pressure, emotional intelligence, image).
No two programmes are the same. A tailored programme of 1:1 coaching designed specifically around the individual.
