1 to 1 Coaching Approach
Each tutorial is usually a half day session - with varying amounts of advance preparation involved. A typical programme consists of 4-10 modules, lasting 2-4 months depending on diary availability. In almost all cases our 1 to 1 programmes begin with a Diagnostic tutorial.

The Full Circle • Conduct 360° feedback evaluation
• Based on The Aziz ‘Communication and Leadership’ competency framework
• Allows greater understanding of individual behaviours/capabilities

Diagnostic tutorial
• Coach in The Aziz Corporation’s Advance Communication Skills Methodology TM
• Check understanding, critique & assess communication gaps
• Lead consultant devises tailored coaching programme/overseas entire programme
Stage4
1:1 Programme
• Tailored programme delivered by specialist senior consultants
• Tutorials listed in priority order to allow for budget constraint
• Half day modules typically conducted over 2-4 months
